I then add my glass box which holds my selenite wand and my chraka pendulum in, in the middle of my altar this holds the centre of my focus. I then add my Halloween pumpkin tea light holder on top which will also be the focus point of my altar. I then add both my witches to either corner of my altar and start placing items from then on.
So my candles are always a key point on my altars so I have two candle holders on either side of my pumpkin tea light holder. Two wooden ones which are my main ones and two pentagram ones which always hold my spell candles in. These candles will change to the samhain colours but as I burn theses each night I may as well use ones I have already got in them. I then add two black Halloween jar candles on either side to keep the balance. These were picked up from TK.MAX which smell amazing and where only 3.99. I then had my big 3 wick jar Halloween candle on the left side and my wooden pentagram 3 tea light holder on the right corner. Then I have a obsidian chunk crystal in the middle of the wooden holder as thats the crystal for this month. In front of my Pumpkin tealight holder I have a marble bowl full of conkers and on either side of that I have acorns and a little cute dried pumpkin which I got in a box which I will do a post about soon. In front of the bowl is a handmade broom that again I got in a box which I will do a post about. Down the side of my display cabinet I have these four leafs that shows the changing of colour for this season. I also have above my altar as always my elephant pocket wall hanging which has a dried out rose and my wheel of the year picture. I also have past loved ones images in the above pockets. The last touch was the samhain plaque that I got in my freya's box this month. I have been burning candles on this each night and will continue to up until samhain where I plan on doing my celebrations which I may do a post about in the future. I hope you have fun setting up your samhain altar and I will see you all in the next post. Blessed be x MissDoomie x Comments are closed.
