Hey all, So today I will be talking to you about two books I brought a couple of weeks ago. I still haven't finished reading them but I thought I would do first impressions and may be a little bit about what they have to offer. The first book is the flower essences I brought this from the works bookshop for £2, which is a bargain! The reason why I brought this book was because I wanted to learn more about flower essences and the uses that can help within your daily lives. This book includes how to make flower essences, chakras and subtle bodies, the flower essences lists and information about each one. As I have been looking into chakras at the moment this book jumped out at me even more. I want to be able to live naturally and flower essences you can buy in health shops to help with sleep problems, skin rashes and emotion drain such as depression and anxiety. I have used theses before within work and there fab. It was another reason why I wanted to learn more about them and how I could make my own instead of buying them from shops. As you know its going to be cheaper in the long run. This book over all looks fab, reads easy and gives me loads of information. I may even do another review about it in the future once I have finished reading it all. Its well worth the money I spend on it and if you are interested in this book and your from the uk go to your local works bookshop because its amazing. As you all know I have been really interest in herbs lately and it didn't help that I got a load of herbs in the kit I brought a couple of weeks ago that I did a post about. I want to learn everything I can about herbs as I believe its a simple but effective way to do natural magic within your daily lives. I want to learn as much as possible about what I can do with the herbs I own and herbs that could help me within the future. This book I also brought from the works bookshop for £2 and again I will say its worth the price. I haven't finished reading this book but its full of information that could help anyone looking into herbs. The book includes a brief history of herbalism, Herbal healing, Herbs for everyday use and a herb glossary. Its a good book to start off your herb research off. Overall this book seems like a good read, I have only read the first couple of chapters but its easy to read and gives great information. If your looking into getting information about herbs this is a good book to start off with and for the price you can't go wrong. I will most likely do a post about what I have learned about theses books in the future as i think it would be a good final review of theses books. I hope you enjoyed this post and that you too check theses books out because for £4 for both theses books its worth the price and its a great add to your book collection. As you all know I have a good growing collection myself. Blessed be MissDoomie xx Comments are closed.
