Merry meet everyone, Today's post is another helpful witchy project for you to create in your home that may help you sleep better with all this worrying news about I know I am having trouble sleeping so I can only imagine that you all are too. I have had this handy sleep mist in my book of shadows for a very long time. I suffer from insomnia anyway but its really bad at the moment so I had created this at the beginning of the week for myself and thought it would be handy for you all too. You will need: - A clean spray bottle. - A cup of distilled water. - 30 drops of lavender essential oil. (I normally add 40 for the added boost) - 10 drops chamomile essential oils (I normally add 15 because ive added a little more lavender) - 8 drops of Ylang ylang essential oil. (I normally add 10 drops) Once you have all your items together grab your bottle and fill the spray bottle with the distilled water, make sure there is an inch of air at the top for the oils ect. The add the essential oils from the list above. You can follow the drops above or slightly change it to fit your own needs but be mindful that you will have to effect all oils if you do this. Once the oils have been added then put the cap on the bottle and swirl gentle to combine and blend the oils and water together. To use this sleep mist, shake well and then spray around your bedroom. I normally add some on the covers and pillow too roughly 10 minutes before I decided to head to bed to sleep. This gives it to settle and dry. This works really well for me so I do hope it helps you all as much as it does me. I hope you are staying safe and keeping busy within your homes.
